With more than 500 projects, business services was the FDI top sector in the Americas in H1, 2017

The top FDI sector in the Americas by project number in the first half of 2017 was business services, with 510 projects.

Software and IT services came in second place, with 384 projects, while financial services saw 297 projects in the first six months of the year.

The industrial machinery, equipment and tools sector witnessed 154 projects, narrowly ahead of communications, which saw 152.
